O-HITEC’s vision is to use HIT as a catalyst to transform the delivery of primary care services to patients across the State of Oregon.

O-HITEC will focus on three overarching goals:

• Bringing EHR technology to providers in small clinics still using paper charts
• Helping those who have “adopted” EHR systems achieve true meaningful use
• Transforming the delivery of primary care
